DSGSS Signature Pad (ePad)

Troubleshooting Tips:

1. Open the sample page: http://www.epadsupport.com/sign_chrome_ff_sigcapturewebsdk/sign_chrome_ff_sigcapturewebsdk.html

2. Click the "Sign" button and wait for prompt

3. If the prompt doesn't come up, check Task Manager for:

4. Instructions will only work for DSGSS, if you need to have a signature pad for RouteOne, refer to link for any legacy installation instructions. Note: Purchase of Topaz signature pad will likely be necessary

Please ensure you are using the correct DSGSS Credit Application URL; also available on the Heimdall panel.
